1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The item is in resalable condition
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided
• No return or refunds will be entertained if its because of change of colour as in choice of the customer

Refunds

Refund will be only entertained if the product is damaged, not working properly or not sent as described in the product image

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.NO CHANGE OF LITMANN STETHOSCOPE WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS IT IS DAMAGED AND SENT AS A DAMAGE PRODUCT TO YOU.
